- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7–12 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, Solid Edge
- Strong understanding , tolerance analysis, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal, casting, forging, welding, and injection molding.
- Experience with product testing, validation, and failure analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Lead the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and complete systems.
- Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using CAD software.
- Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis for engineering issues.
- Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product qualification activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- Review and approve engineering documentation, drawings, and design changes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on design best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues and support product development.xcellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
