Role & responsibilities
- Perform data annotation and labeling for AI and machine learning datasets.
- Tag and classify text, image, audio, or video data based on project guidelines. (audio preferred)
- Ensure accuracy in transcriptions and annotations by proofreading and editing as needed.
- Annotate conversational datasets used for LLM and generative AI training.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in annotated data.
- Identify data inconsistencies and escalate issues when required.
- Follow project-specific annotation standards and workflows.
- Meet daily productivity, pilot projects, and quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with quality analysts and project managers to maintain project timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong listening and fast typing skills.
- Prior audio transcription experience.
- Good reading comprehension and language skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Ability to follow structured annotation guidelines and protocols.
- Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
