Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and responsible Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and data entries.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when required.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Support management with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in Administration.
