Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless patient experience and coordination for ENT and IVF services. The role involves managing appointments, guiding patients through treatment processes, and ensuring effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients
- Assist with registration, consultation flow, and service navigation
- Coordinate between consultants, nursing staff, and diagnostics
2. Appointment Management
- Schedule and manage OPD/IP appointments
- Coordinate IVF cycle timelines (scans, procedures, lab work)
- Ensure efficient patient flow with minimal waiting time
3. Patient Support & Counselling
- Provide basic guidance regarding ENT & IVF procedures
- Offer emotional support, especially to IVF patients
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
4. Billing & Documentation
- Assist patients with billing queries and package details
- Maintain patient records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Ensure consent forms and reports are properly managed
5. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- ENT Specialists & Fertility Consultants
- Nursing team
- Lab & Radiology departments
- Ensure timely investigations and report availability
6. Patient Experience & Quality
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly
- Maintain high patient satisfaction standards
- Follow hospital protocols and quality guidelines
7. Follow-up & Feedback
- Conduct follow-ups for treatments and procedures
- Maintain patient database and communication records
- Collect and report patient feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare / Life Sciences preferred)
- 1–3 years of hospital experience (ENT/IVF preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Working Conditions
- General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Week-offs as per hospital policy
