Business Development Executive who will help expand our market presence and drive growth across schools, institutions, and partner organizations. The role involves client outreach, relationship building, proposal creation, and sales coordination for our STEM, Robotics, IoT, and EdTech solutions.Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients including schools, colleges, institutions, and CSR partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and coordination
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Support and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive lead conversion
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Maintain basic CRM records, lead status, and sales documentation
- Participate in meetings, demos, and discussions to support deal closures
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience Required:- 2+ years
- Should be available to work on rotational shift
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and professionally to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Zoho Workspace (Excel, Word, Canva)
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and lead generation
- Good analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
