Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage the complete HR function of our NBFC organization. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in the NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services sector and possess strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and levels.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
- Support managers in performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.
Compliance & Payroll Coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with payroll and attendance teams for accurate processing.
- Manage statutory compliance documentation and audits.
HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, attendance, and employee performance data.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment for NBFC/Banking profiles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and MIS reporting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory).
- 3–5 years of HR experience in NBFC, Banking, or BFSI industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions effectively.
Salary: Negotiable based on candidate's experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
