We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, manage the admission process, and ensure an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly admission targets.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, schedules, placement assistance, and career prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic, finance, and placement teams for a smooth admission process.
- Assist students with registration, documentation, and fee collection.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and daily reports.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
