- Handle customer queries via calls professionally

- Maintain proper call documentation and records
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mizo and/or Meitei (Manipuri) language is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage
- Minimum qualification: HS Pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Good communication and listening skills
