Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and experience in achieving team targets within the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Admission Counsellors.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
- Conduct sales coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and assist the team in closing high-value leads.
- Track KPIs such as conversions, revenue, talk time, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or B2C sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
