Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with clients, and the ability to work in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify customer requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Promote the company's IT solutions, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup, Licensing, and AI solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with sales, presales, and vendor teams for solution discussions and proposals.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
- Basic understanding of IT products and enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in IT solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, or software sales.
- Understanding of enterprise and SMB sales processes.
- Ability to communicate confidently with decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and performance-driven.
