Location : Madhapur , Hyderabad
Day Shifts , 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store operations are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and community connect.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure shrink control.
- Analyze sales performance and implement action plans for growth.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
