Job Summary
The Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves managing manpower, optimizing production processes, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans to meet quantity, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise production operators and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation accurately.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Stores, and Planning departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Train production staff on SOPs, safety, and operational best practices.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of production experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of FMCG production processes.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen principles.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Production planning and resource allocation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Compliance with PPE and workplace safety requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
