Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to help us generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and preferably prior experience in a digital marketing, creative, advertising, or production agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and other outreach channels.
- Conduct initial calls and meetings to understand client requirements, business goals and marketing needs.
- Coordinate with the internal strategy, creative and production teams to prepare customised proposals and presentations.
- Share proposals with clients, explain service offerings and address queries professionally.
- Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services such as social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, website development, content creation and video production.
- Maintain accurate lead, meeting and follow-up records.
- Work towards monthly business development targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Based in Mumbai.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing or sales.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, advertising agency or production house will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with calling, client meetings and regular follow-ups.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert client requirements into clear internal deliverables.
- Confident, organised, self-driven and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, PowerPoint/Google Slides and proposal-making will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
