Company: NIROS Exports & Trading Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh
Department: International Business Development
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role
NIROS Exports & Trading Pvt. Ltd. is expanding into pharmaceutical exports across African markets and is looking for a highly motivated Research & Business Development Executive to support this new business vertical.
This is a unique opportunity to build the international business foundation from the ground up. Rather than following an existing process, you will research new markets, identify business opportunities, develop qualified leads, and create structured market intelligence that will drive future growth.
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and self-driven professional who enjoys research, international business, and solving new challenges independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Research African pharmaceutical markets: which medicines are in demand, in which countries, and who imports them
- Build and maintain a verified database of pharma importers, distributors, and government tender agents across target countries
- Study and document the export process: drug registration requirements (e.g., NAFDAC – Nigeria, PPB – Kenya, TFDA – Tanzania), WHO-GMP norms, documentation, and country-wise timelines and costs
- Use import-export trade databases, Pharmexcil resources, embassy trade desks, and B2B platforms to identify genuine buyers
- Reach out to potential partners via email and LinkedIn; qualify their interest, licenses, and volumes
- Prepare structured weekly reports: country briefs, lead status, and recommended next steps
- Coordinate with regulatory consultants and freight forwarders as the business develops
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Pharmacy, Science, or Commerce preferred but not required)
- Strong research ability — you can start from zero on an unfamiliar topic and produce an organized, accurate summary
- Very good written English (this is non-negotiable; most buyer communication is written)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and online databases
- Self-starter who works with minimal supervision and asks the right questions
- Interest in international trade; prior export/import exposure is a plus
- Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, B2B sourcing platforms, and business databases.
- Ability to organize large amounts of information into structured reports.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Interest in international trade and export business.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical exports or import-export procedures.
- Understanding of African pharmaceutical markets.
- Experience with trade intelligence platforms and international business research.
- Exposure to export documentation or regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work directly with senior management.
- Exposure to international pharmaceutical trade and export business.
- Hands-on training in pharmaceutical export regulations, market research, and international business development.
- Career growth into Business Development Manager or International Business roles as the business expands.
- Professional learning environment with long-term growth opportunities.
