Job Summary
The E-KYC Analyst is responsible for conducting customer verification under PMUY (Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana) by validating customer identity, updating records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role involves both field verification and digital reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Verification
- Conduct E-KYC verification for assigned customer list
- Validate customers using:
- Registered mobile number (OTP-based verification)
- Address verification through field visits
2. Field Visit & Validation
- Visit customer locations as per assigned area
- Confirm:
- Customer presence
- Address accuracy
- Connection status (active/inactive)
3. Non-Verified Case Handling
- Identify cases such as:
- Customer shifted
- Customer deceased
- Incorrect address
- Capture GPS-enabled photo proof
- Record appropriate remarks and submit proof
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Upload:
- Successful E-KYC application screenshots
- GPS photos for non-verified cases
- Share updates in the designated WhatsApp group / reporting system
- Maintain daily verification records
5. Compliance & Accuracy
- Follow guidelines of LPG companies such as:
- Indian Oil Corporation
- Bharat Petroleum
- Hindustan Petroleum
- Ensure 100% data accuracy and authenticity
Key Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications
- Good communication skills (local language preferred)
- Ability to handle field work and travel
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
