Track purchase orders and follow up on their status until closure.
Follow up with vendors on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.
Visit the local market as required to procure basic maintenance items and consumables for the plant/office.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of indents raised, issuance of materials, and stock keeping.
Coordinate between the stores and vendors to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain stock registers and inventory records, and report discrepancies promptly.
Support timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages affecting daily operations.
Must own a two wheeler (bike), as the role requires regular travel to the local market and vendor locations.
Basic computer literacy for maintaining records (MS Excel/registers).
Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
