Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our Surat team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in B2B IT sales. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential customers in corporate, SME, manufacturing, healthcare, educational, and government sectors.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand customer IT requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams during the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in meeting customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
