Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Prior experience in the financial services, investment banking, NBFC, wealth management, or merchant banking sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
· Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
· Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
· Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, business documents, and executive summaries.
· Coordinate with senior management, clients, investors, consultants, regulators, and other stakeholders.
· Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with discretion.
· Monitor action items, follow up with departments, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Organize board meetings, management meetings, and client meetings.
· Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and expense reports.
· Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
· Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and strategic reports.
· Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, and HR teams whenever required.
· Support special projects assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant to CXO-level executives.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, NBFC, Asset Management, or Wealth Management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
