Over the last 6 years, we have made a strong presence in e-commerce backed by efficient marketing and our in-house manufacturing capabilities. Our flagship product GoPadFree Reusable Leakproof Period Panty is a favourite across marketplaces. To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Executive at Our client in Bengaluru. As an Influencer Marketing Executive you will be responsible for managing and executing the brand's Influencer Marketing initiatives. Primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with social media creators, planning and executing influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators so that the brand keeps up with what's on trend in Social Media. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and achieve brand growth. Salary as per market standards, negotiable on experience.
- Research and develop Influencer marketing strategy, Identify target audiences and evaluate success metrics
- Execute monthly and event based campaigns keeping up with the Social Media trends.
- Discovery & Record keeping of social media creators to identify potential influencers for collaboration.
- Reaching out to suitable creators, negotiating and getting them onboarded.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and disburse payments timely.
- Monitoring of KPIs and creating reports to track brand growth, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Conducting market research to identify gaps and trends, tailor campaigns accordingly
- Coordinating with different teams across the organization for successful campaign execution.
- Maintain good relation with influencers and agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Influencer Marketing or Content Creation with a brand
- Experience of working in a startup environment with a growing Consumer or FMCG brand
- Familiarity with Influencer Marketing tools like Modash is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs etc. for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative with social media
- Good negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms with influencers.
- Excellent familiarity with all popular Social Media Platforms
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
