We are seeking a passionate and energetic Team Lead – Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students and lead a team of counselors in achieving enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, AI and Multimedia.
✅ Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, online leads, and follow-ups.
✅ Lead and support a team of admission counselors.
✅ Ensure timely lead management and conversion.
✅ Conduct career counseling sessions and presentations.
✅ Maintain CRM records and daily reporting.
✅ Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve admissions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Admissions Counseling or Educational Sales.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
