Customer Care Officer – Tele calling
Job Description:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, queries, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.
- Update customer details and follow-up status in the CRM/ERP system.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam proficiency required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling and telecalling skills.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with tele calling/customer service experience will be preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Office Timings:*
* 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM *or*
* 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
*Salary:* ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
