Role Overview
The Digital Media Manager will play a key leadership role in building and managing the institute’s digital ecosystem. This role goes beyond social media management and focuses on long-term brand building, patient education, awareness campaigns, and strategic digital growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare communication, emotional storytelling, content strategy, and performance-driven marketing. This role requires creativity, consistency, empathy, and the ability to translate complex medical concepts into simple, engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Long-Term Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a long-term digital growth roadmap aligned with institutional goals
- Build brand awareness and trust in the field of neurorehabilitation and neurological care
- Identify growth opportunities across digital platforms and patient communication channels
- Establish digital positioning as a trusted healthcare and rehabilitation institute
2. Content Strategy & Medical Communication
- Plan and oversee structured content calendars for long-term consistency
- Create educational, awareness-based, and patient success storytelling content
- Translate complex medical and rehabilitation concepts into simple public-friendly communication
- Ensure all content is empathetic, informative, and aligned with healthcare ethics
- Maintain balance between educational, emotional, and promotional content
3. Social Media Leadership & Growth
- Lead and manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others
- Build organic engagement and long-term follower growth strategies
- Strengthen community trust through consistent interaction and value-driven content
- Develop patient awareness campaigns and rehabilitation success stories
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute multi-phase digital campaigns for awareness, patient education, and institutional branding
- Manage campaign lifecycle from ideation to reporting
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion objectives
- Support institutional events, awareness drives, and medical programs through digital promotion
5. Patient-Centric Storytelling & Branding
- Develop human-centered storytelling strategies focusing on patient recovery journeys
- Highlight success stories ethically and respectfully
- Build emotional connection with the audience while maintaining professional healthcare standards
- Strengthen institutional credibility through transparent and impactful communication
6. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide data-driven insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously refine strategy based on analytics and audience behavior
7. Team Coordination & Workflow Management
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, doctors, and therapists for content development
- Ensure smooth execution of digital workflows
- Maintain consistency in content output and publishing schedules
- Guide creative direction for visual and video content
8. Brand Identity & Reputation Management
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across platforms
- Ensure alignment with healthcare communication ethics and institutional values
- Monitor online reputation and manage social listening activities
- Address feedback and maintain positive digital presence
9. Social Listening & Public Engagement
- Monitor discussions, mentions, and sentiment related to the institute and neurological care
- Engage with audience queries and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
- Identify public concerns and improve communication strategies accordingly
10. Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, healthcare communication, and social media algorithms
- Experiment with new formats such as reels, educational videos, patient testimonials, and live sessions
- Continuously improve content quality and engagement strategies
- Introduce innovative digital practices for long-term growth

QualificationsEducation
