- 2. Filing and maintaining cash vouchers
- 3. Entering bank receipt entries in Zoho Books
- 4. Printing bank payment and receipt vouchers from Zoho Books
- 5. Attaching supporting documents for bank payment and receipt vouchers and maintaining proper filing
- 6. Attaching supporting documents for journal vouchers and maintaining proper filing
- Job Responsibilities : Receptionist
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and routing phone calls professionally.
- Managing appointment schedules and calendars.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
