Qualification Requirement:
- B.Tech in any discipline (non-medical)
- Master’s degree (Mandatory) in a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Proficiency in record management & official documentation
- Ability to liaise with internal departments & external stakeholders
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience aligned with the role
Role / Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support related to Innovation and entrepreneurship activities: Manage files, records, reports, documentation and portal updates
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise between leadership, faculty, students, and external stakeholders
- Event & Activity Management: Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of workshops, guest talks, and events
- Data & Reporting: Upload activity reports, maintain trackers, compile quarterly/annual reports
- Social Media & Publicity: Support content collection, website updates, media coverage, and repositories
- Finance Support: Assist in bills, reimbursements, procurement, and expense tracking
Salary: upto Rs. 55,000/- pm
