Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Graphic Design & Video Editing Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will train students and/or professionals in industry-relevant design and video editing skills — from fundamentals to advanced techniques. Education: Graduation (Minimum Qualification) — Bachelor's Degree in any discipline mandatory. Candidates with a background in Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or Education will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver structured training sessions on Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Teach tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software
- Create and maintain up-to-date course curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials
- Assess student/trainee progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations
- Provide constructive one-on-one feedback to help learners improve and grow
- Conduct both beginner-level and advanced-level batches as required
- Keep training content aligned with current industry trends and real-world project demands
- Coordinate with the academic/operations team to ensure smooth batch scheduling
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and training documentation
- Organize live project-based learning sessions to give trainees hands-on exposure
- Motivate and mentor trainees to build confidence in their creative abilities
- Continuously upgrade personal skills to deliver the most relevant training
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Training, Teaching, or Mentoring role (Graphic Design / Video Editing domain)
- Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them clearly to beginners as well as advanced learners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing course content, assignments, and assessment frameworks
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory (Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or Education preferred)
- A strong personal portfolio demonstrating hands-on design and video editing expertise
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Prior experience at a design institute, training center, or ed-tech platform
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, or Blender
- Experience with online/hybrid training delivery (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms)
- Familiarity with UI/UX basics or digital marketing content creation

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
