Job Description:
- To develop detailed design of equipment, piping, tubing and structural parts, platforms, staircase.
- To Prepare erection, installation and fabrication drawings and the related documentation.
- To Prepare bill of materials prepare the shop welding/field welding details drawings.
- To Develop work flows, detailed procedures and checklists and implement
- To Train and mentor other team members.
- To work on Improvements including automation of the design and detailing activities
- Experience in different types of boilers, Boiler packages AFBC, TG .
- Experience in boiler design codes ( ASME), Indian Regulations ( IBR) , Standards, rules.
- To develop plot plans, Equipment layouts, system and sub system layouts of boiler packages and related upstream and downstream systems .
- To visualize and develop 3D models, 2D drawings with specialization in any one of the below areas Pressure parts , Non-Pressure Parts including boiler subsystems such as Boiler and boiler internal systems Combustion and Air systems
- Water and steam systems including steam/condensate/make up water
- Flue Gas systems
- Buckstay, Hopper , Ducting Piping, Insulation.
