- Handle Showroom sales from customer inquiry to order confirmation and monitor timely delivery to customer as per commitment responsible for end to end customer experience. Track/Update customer data & status in CRM software regularly. Problem resolution & Escalation management for Sales, Dispatch and Delivery including damages/shortages/returns etc as per company standards.
