Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and passionate English language Trainers to join our dynamic team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students preparing for IATA and degree exams. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes and preparation.
- Provide individual and group coaching on test strategies, time management, and techniques for all exam sections (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Develop and update teaching materials, lesson plans, and practice tests to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and implement personalized study plans.
- Conduct mock tests to assess student performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Address student queries and offer motivational support throughout the preparation process.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Proven experience teaching with a track record of helping students achieve their target scores.
- Strong knowledge of the test formats, scoring criteria, and strategies for success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to teach students of varying levels (beginner to advanced).
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
