Job Location : Balasore , Odisha
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products, services, or offers clearly in English
- Generate leads and convert them into sales (if required)
- Maintain call records and update customer databases
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
- Meet daily/weekly calls.
Required Skills:
- Fluent spoken English and Message
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
- Active listening and convincing ability
- Patience and problem-solving attitude
