About the Role
PeachWood Interio is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for residential and commercial interior projects. You will work closely with the design, sales, procurement, and execution teams to deliver competitive and precise project estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project estimates and client quotations based on approved drawings and specifications.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for modular furniture, civil works, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Calculate material, labour, and subcontractor costs accurately.
- Coordinate with designers to understand project requirements and scope.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's material rate database.
- Revise quotations based on client changes and design modifications.
- Ensure estimates are completed within the required timelines.
- Assist the sales team with pricing and commercial clarifications.
- Support project handover by sharing BOQs and estimation details with the execution team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in interior estimation or quantity surveying.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Good understanding of interior materials, modular furniture, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
