Job Title: Store Manager – Automobile Company
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store activities including receiving, storing and issuing raw materials,
consumables, tools and finished goods.
Handle OSP material movement and tracking & maintain proper records of material
sent to vendors and received back after processing.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/ SAP systems
Ensure FIFO / FEFO implementation and stock rotation
Ensure timely material availability to production lines
Maintain GRN, Stock registers inward and outward records, material issue, returns,
and scrap processes
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Manage store staff, shifts, and housekeeping
Ensure safety, 5S, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Supply Chain preferred)
10-12 years of experience in Store Operations
Experience in automobile or auto component manufacturing preferred
Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Understanding of inventory control, BOM, and material planning
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and inventory control skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team leadership and supervision skills
Knowledge of safety and warehouse best practices
Good understanding of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949)
