We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR administration while offering an opportunity to learn HR best practices in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.

Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication.

Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.

Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with HR documentation, letters, and reports.

Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness activities.

Help maintain HR databases and trackers.

Assist in attendance, leave, and HR administrative tasks.

Stay updated on HR policies and support compliance-related activities.

Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
