Responsibilities
- Design & Conceptualization: Conceptualize visual ideas and create original graphics, including logos, social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and advertisements.
- Marketing Collateral: Design print-ready and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and newsletters.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and logo usage.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, content writers, and stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling visual designs.
- Revisions & Quality Assurance: Present initial drafts, incorporate feedback from decision-makers, and ensure all designs are error-free and pixel-perfect before publishing or printing.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a repository of design files, templates, and final assets for future company use.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, software updates, and best practices to keep the company's visual identity fresh and modern.
Technical Requirements to Include
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,Corel draw Photoshop, )
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and basic print production or digital formatting requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
