Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute influencer campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, influencer landscapes, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across Social Media platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end influencer campaigns aligned with client objectives, brand identity, and target audiences.
- Identify, onboard, and manage micro, macro, and celebrity influencers based on relevance, engagement, and brand fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and vendors for effective long-term collaborations.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, high-quality content while ensuring brand consistency and campaign goals are met.
- Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and timelines, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with strong ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and future planning.
- Maintain and manage an organized database of influencers, collaborations, and content deliverables.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and emerging talent.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, design) to ensure seamless campaign execution and integration.
- Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with brand guidelines and industry regulations, and handle any issues that arise.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing. Agency background is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
