2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct regular customer visits to understand project requirements. Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Sales & Order Management Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and company pricing policies. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules within approved limits. Secure purchase orders and coordinate order confirmation. Monitor order execution from booking to delivery.
4. Technical Sales Support Understand customer concrete requirements, including grade, slump, quantity, and delivery schedule. Recommend suitable concrete mixes in coordination with the technical and quality teams. Assist customers with product selection and technical clarifications.
5. Site Coordination Visit construction sites regularly to monitor concrete pouring activities. Coordinate with production, dispatch, quality control, and pumping teams to ensure timely deliveries. Resolve site-related issues such as delivery delays, pump requirements, or quality concerns.
6. Payment Collection Follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure collections are made as per agreed credit terms. Coordinate with the finance department to resolve payment issues. Maintain healthy debtor aging within company targets.
7. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor pricing, products, service quality, and market trends. Identify new construction projects and upcoming opportunities. Provide regular market feedback to management.
8. Sales Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Maintain an updated customer database and project pipeline. Forecast monthly sales volumes accurately. Track sales performance against targets.
9. Compliance Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes. Ensure ethical business practices in all customer dealings. Maintain proper documentation for quotations, contracts, and customer communications.

Educational Qualification

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete, cement, construction materials, or related building products sales. Experience in handling builders, contractors, and infrastructure projects is preferred.
