Key Responsibilities
- Attend service calls and customer complaints on time
- Install, inspect, and maintain company products/equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance visits
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support
- Maintain proper service reports and daily visit records
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
- Educate customers on proper product usage and maintenance
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
- Achieve assigned service and replacement targets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
