- Shortlist and screen CVs as per eligibility criteria and obtain candidate consent.
- Redraft and finalize CVs for project and tender requirements.
- Coordinate with tender and technical teams for CV submission.
- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding.
- Prepare job profiles, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, personal files, and document security.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, reimbursements, and joining formalities for new hires.
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate technical induction programs.
- Assist in manpower planning, performance appraisals, promotions, salary revisions, and training programs.
- Coordinate employee transfers, confirmations, resignations, final settlements, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employee benefits, insurance coverage, and contractual requirements.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with departments for HR-related matters.
- Generate HR MIS reports and maintain updated records and backups.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality, professional ethics, daily work reports, and departmental coordination.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
