- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop strategies to increase customer footfall and sales conversions.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to maximize revenue.
- Promote seasonal collections, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and shopping experience.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Minimize stock loss and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and store staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching where required.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and MIS reports.
- Analyze store KPIs and submit reports to management.
- 8+ years of experience in textile fabrics and men's ready-made garment retail.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
