Job purpose
Acuity’s Data and Technology Services group is seeking seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Account
Engagement (Pardot) Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing automation platform
integrated with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration, data
management, campaign alignment, and reporting, along with a strong understanding of lead lifecycle
processes.
Key responsibilities
Account Engagement (Pardot) Configuration
- Perform hands-on configuration and setup of Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Manage system settings, user roles, and integrations with Salesforce
- Ensure seamless synchronization between Salesforce and Account Engagement
Prospect & Data Management
- Manage prospects and marketing data within Account Engagement
- Configure Lead/Contact to Prospect creation processes
- Auto-creation of prospects from Salesforce Leads
- Auto-creation of prospects from Salesforce Contacts
- Configure and manage Email-to-Lead setup
Connected Campaigns Implementation
- Enable and configure Connected Campaigns
- Map Salesforce Campaigns to Account Engagement campaigns
- Ensure accurate campaign data synchronization and alignment
- Support campaign attribution and tracking
Lead Scoring & Grading
- Define and implement lead scoring models based on prospect behavior
- Define and implement grading models based on prospect fit/profile
- Configure scoring and grading frameworks within Account Engagement
- Align scoring and grading with Salesforce Lead and Contact processes
Data Migration & Data Management
- Plan and execute migration of prospect data between systems (Salesforce to Salesforce)
- Validate migrated data for completeness and accuracy
- Perform data cleanup, deduplication, and field mapping validation
Opt-Out & Email Preference Management
- Define and execute opt-out migration strategies
- Migrate email preferences between systems
- Ensure consistency and compliance of opt-out data
Engagement History Setup
- Enable Engagement History in Salesforce
- Configure and add Engagement History components to:
Dashboards & Reporting
- Build and maintain Marketing dashboards
- Develop Sales dashboards to highlight engagement insights
- Configure standard and custom reporting views
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign and engagement data
Key competencies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise technology consulting
- Exceptional hands-on Salesforce technical expertise across platform, integrations, data, and enterprise
architecture
- Deep knowledge of FSC, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Certifications - Salesforce Account Engagement Specialist
- Certifications - Salesforce Administrator (preferred)
- Experience with data migration tools and reporting frameworks
- Understanding of marketing operations and campaign management
- Financial Services experience (Private Equity preferred)
