Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in industrial and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads in industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, automation, etc.)
- Present and explain IIoT products and solutions to potential clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and site visits when required
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for proposals and presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales (B2B/industrial/technology preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of IoT, automation, or industrial solutions
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
