About the role
We are seeking an organized, proactive Project Coordinator with 2–3 years’ hands-on experience to support day-to-day execution of a time-bound project near Hitech City. This is an onsite role requiring regular travel to the project site to verify progress, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure tasks are completed to schedule and specification.
Key responsibilities
Visit the project site regularly to inspect progress, verify work quality, and report status.
Coordinate day-to-day activities between contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Track project schedules, update progress logs, and escalate delays or issues promptly.
Verify completion of construction and electrical works against specifications and drawings.
Maintain accurate documentation: site diaries, photographs, material receipts, invoices, and permits.
Facilitate site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with procurement tracking, material deliveries, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
Support testing/commissioning activities and prepare handover documentation as required.
Must-have qualifications & skills
Resident living within commuting distance of Hitech City (Hyderabad); ability to be onsite daily as required.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, or similar role; experience in construction and/or electrical works strongly preferred.
Practical knowledge of construction processes, electrical installations, and related quality checks.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing tasks.
Good communication skills (English), comfortable coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience using project tracking tools or mobile reporting apps.
Owns reliable transport for site visits.
Nice-to-have
Diploma/degree in Civil, Electrical, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience with simple measurement drawings, RFIs, or snag lists.
Familiarity with safety compliance and basic statutory requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
