Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior and civil works at site
- Supervise false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, carpentry, and finishing activities
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure drawings (2D/3D) are properly understood and executed on site
- Monitor project timelines and ensure work completion within deadlines
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work as per specifications
- Handle site measurements, billing, and BOQ verification
- Ensure proper material planning, procurement, and usage
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and updates
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs and civil construction
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
- Experience in project coordination and vendor management
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution techniques
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and team handling ability
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
