Job Summary
Namasteyog Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and scaling ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and generating quality leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
- Handle campaign Budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns.
- Set up and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience working with Brands, Agencies, Startups, or companies.
- Strong understanding of Campaign optimization and Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing significant ad budgets.
