Job Summary
Star Assets Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in closing deals and handling customer objections.
Business Development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Expand the company's customer base through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
Sales Operations
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to maximize business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Address high-level customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across the sales team.
Market Analysis & Planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
- Experience in finance, loans, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.
