About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the organization's accounting and financial operations. The role is responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, payroll oversight, cash flow management, internal controls, audit coordination, and management reporting to support effective financial planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
- Maintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Monitor the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Manage banking relationships and fund utilization.
- Ensure timely payments and collections.
Payroll & Employee Benefits
- Supervise payroll accounting.
- Verify salary processing, statutory deductions, and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with labour and tax regulations.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop financial dashboards and performance reports.
Internal Controls
- Strengthen internal financial controls.
- Review accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Qualifications
- M.Com (Master of Commerce) – Mandatory
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and financial reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, Tally Prime, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
