Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to support our international outreach initiatives. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and driving revenue growth through structured sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to overseas prospects through calls, emails, and other outbound channels
- Build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Engage prospects by understanding their needs and positioning suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the sales cycle
- Deliver product walkthroughs and solution presentations to potential clients
- Track all interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM platforms
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or software sales roles
- Hands-on experience with outbound lead sourcing and deal closure
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Strong presentation and objection-handling skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate with relevant sales exposure
- Comfortable working independently in a target-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
