We're Hiring: Call Closer
Are you confident, persuasive, and passionate about closing deals? We're looking for a Call Closer to join our growing team and turn qualified Transfers into successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
- Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to generate the highest possible revenue
- Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in International sales, BPO and call closing preferred
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
