Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in MS Office tools, and have basic knowledge of accounting practices, including Tally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Handle petty cash expenses, maintain records, and prepare expense reports
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks
- Use Tally for financial entries and record-keeping (preferred)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage procurement
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tally (essential but not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
