We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Compensation Management implementations and enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to compensation processes.
- Configure and manage Compensation, Workforce Rewards, Salary Planning, and Incentive Compensation solutions.
- Conduct workshops and provide functional recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, training, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll modules.
- Provide best-practice guidance and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience.
✔ Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Management.
✔ Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support projects.
✔ Strong understanding of compensation cycles, salary reviews, bonus planning, and workforce rewards.
✔ Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
