Position: Group Demo Sales Executive (SaaS products/ CRM Software)
Location: Gurgaon (On-site), India
Experience: 0-1
Working Days: Monday to Friday, along with Alternate Saturdays (2 Saturdays per month) as working days.
Shift Timings: 10 AM -7 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Group Sales Demo Executive who can conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective customers, explain product features and business benefits, and help move prospects toward conversion.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be comfortable conducting online group demos for business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily group product demonstrations for prospective clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms.
Explain the features, benefits, and use cases of company's Apps in a simple and engaging manner.
Understand customer business challenges and showcase relevant solutions during demos.
Answer customer queries and address objections effectively during live sessions.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with demo attendees.
Maintain records of demo participants, feedback, and conversion status in CRM.
Build product expertise and stay updated with new features and enhancements.
Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to improve product adoption.
Support webinar sessions, training programs, and customer onboarding activities when required.
Contribute to achieving monthly demo attendance and conversion targets
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Strong confidence in speaking before groups and engaging audiences.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of SaaS products, CRM software, or business applications is a plus.
Comfortable using online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to manage multiple demo sessions and follow-up activities efficiently.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
Prior internship or experience in SaaS sales will be an advantage.
Should have their own vehicle and the ability to travel as needed to meet the leads for a physical demo if required.
